This is the third rebrand Lloyds Residential Estate Agents has undertaken since the company was established in 1996. The previous brand identity restricted the growth of the business in many ways, not allowing it to move into other areas of the property sector due to being over complicated.


Working closely with LR and as the lead designer on this project I wanted to make sure the rebrand clearly reflected the current market but also had a ‘mark’ that would symbolise the company for years to come. Taking the red which has traditionally always been part of the company’s makeup we introduced a secondary colour (orange) to compliment and strengthen the rebrand.
