Kenna Recruitment (Formally known as Kenna Associates) a professional recruitment consultancy for the construction sector. 


The Directors at Kenna commissioned me to rebrand the company in order to show increased brand awareness, clean, dynamic, contemporary look and feel which had been lacking from the previous identity. 

After researching the sector and studying direct competition we developed and presented 4 concepts that reflected the brief and the clear ethos that Kenna Recruitment was trying to show.

A concept was chosen and from there we developed a brand that was engaging, consistent and had the flexibility to work across all media's to move the business forward. The flexibility came due to having a word mark and a symbol that could be pulled apart and interlinked to be rolled out across the stationary material to the interior design of the Kenna Recruitment head offices.

"Formally Kenna Associates we felt wasn't specific or targeted enough in our branding. Our rebrand will help us to engage with our customers more successfully, make an impact in regard to advertising and general market awareness. We also hope that over time the new brand identity will become one which clients and job seekers will recognise and trust.”

Kenna with the help of the newly developed brand identity has already managed to secure new client partnerships due to the message the business now conveys and looks forward to a positive future within the world of construction recruitment.
