SweetSpot started with a simple thought: students deserve better places to live. The idea was to create houses for friends to learn how to make a home together, in places for 4 to 7 people, because long corridors and anonymous doors don’t make for good communities.
Working directly with the Managing Director of SweetSpot Homes to create an 'Investment Brochure' which the MD would feel confident in presenting to new investors. With plenty of copy and imagery to be used, SweetSpot still required the brochure's pages to have room to breath and not overpower the proposed investor's with a barrage of information.
